Operation Build Excellent Self-Esteem (OBESE) is a community dedicated to those who have psychological problems or illnesses which are caused at least partially by poor self-esteem and fear of taking on the responsibility of living.
Here, we strive to support each other and help each other cope with our mutual problem of not believing in ourselves, whether the physical manifestation of the problem is depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, or whatever.
